IMG 9703 1 150x150 Giant Loop Saddle BagsOn the 17th I ordered a set of Great Basin Saddle bags from Giant Loop – when i check Google Checkout it still says that the item has not been shipped.  I called yesterday and today, left a message both times inquiring about the status, but have yet to hear anything back…

I hope they call back soon (or better yet the bags just show up as it’s been over a week).

UPDATE:

Just got an email confirming shipping – a week to ship, seriously?  I hope the quality etc of these bags really blows me away, because from a customer service standpoint, i am less than impressed.
